Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Frames

  Place your Base Frames and Top Frames in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Relax

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
