How do Pair Base Frames and Top Frames work?
Our unique system consists of a Base Frame containing your prescription or non-prescription lenses and magnetic Top Frames. These lightweight Top Frames allow you to change your style in seconds without needing a new pair of glasses.
What types of prescriptions do you support?
We offer a wide range of prescription options including single-vision, progressive (multifocal), readers, and non-prescription lenses. We also provide blue light filtering and light-responsive transition upgrades.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard processing and production for prescription orders typically take 7-10 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes an additional 3-5 business days depending on your location.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your look. We offer a 30-day risk-free trial for all glasses. If you aren't completely satisfied, you can return or exchange them for free within 30 days of delivery.
Do you accept vision insurance or HSA/FSA?
Yes, we are an out-of-network provider for most vision insurance plans. You can also use your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) card at checkout for all prescription eyewear.
Are the magnetic Top Frames secure?
Absolutely. Our Top Frames use high-strength magnets designed to stay securely in place during daily activities while remaining easy to swap out whenever you want a new look.
